The aim of this project was to flesh out clarity around a new position at the church. The key concerns for the project were making sure that since the role was stepping into new territory, the document needed to fit well within an established brand voice while still giving clarity and detail to new territory. The voice was crafted to be professional and inspirational, speaking to the core values of the organization and attracting leaders who would prioritize the same things.
