TAG Blog and Email Campaign

Client: Triangle Appraisal Group (TAG)

TAG is a group whose priority is providing thorough and efficient appraisals to residential customers throughout the state of North Carolina. As they have begun to expand throughout the state, the need arose for resources to nurture relationships both with prospective customers as well as real estate professionals in order to position TAG as an authority within their industry and continually build rapport with potential leads.

The benefit here is that TAG becomes the trusted option for homeowners, home buyers, and the real estate agents that work with them, leading to more appointments.

Our approach was to hit hard on providing valuable educational resources to the target audience through blogs and email sequences. The following are excerpts from the planning and strategy proposed to TAG for a new email sequence to be provided to past and potential future clients to help them better understand the need, process, and benefits of choosing Triangle Appraisal Group for any appraisal needs.

We sought to create these resources by developing a new brand voice, from the ground up, that was confident and professional while still very relatable and friendly. In anything adjacent to residential real-estate, the client and I both clearly sensed the need for people to know that TAG appreciates the emotional weight of decisions about peoples’ homes.
